Fun Facts for "Kokoro Gamebox" (6/8/11 - 6/13/11):

* First and foremost, this song is a bonus boss; in other words, it is
  EXCRUCIATINGLY difficult on all five difficulty levels. Unless you
  are a masochist or like attempting to tackle highly difficult songs,
  you should stay away from the gamebox. (Listening to the sample and
  checking its BPM - 185 - should be enough to hint at its difficulty,
  plus the fact that it's 4 1/2 minutes long.)

* Expert is my first 14-footer.

* Expert has a total of 2,043 judged steps, more than any other Main
  Pack simfile I have ever written. Only a few Singles have more, and
  only because they are longer. Here's a list of some various other
  songs that have both high step density and a really high stepcount:
  * Distorted Pain (Single, 2,443 steps in 6 minutes)
  * Love (Single, 2,360 steps in 5 minutes)
  * Motteke! Sailor Fuku -MTM- (Main Pack, 1,425 steps in 4 minutes)
  * Agony (Main Pack, 1,418 steps in 5 minutes)
  * Dum Dadi Do (Main Pack, 1,249 steps in 3 minutes)
  * Silly Symphony (Main Pack, 1,164 stes in 3 minutes)

* Expert features every trick in the book other than twisting; you'll
  be tested on your recognition and performance of nearly everything
  that's possible in a modern stepchart; out from the gamebox pops:
  -> Stream (the chorus is nothing but a ridiculously long stream).
  -> Step-Jumps (but nowhere near as bad as a certain Dragonforce song).
  -> Triple/Quad-Stomping (plenty of instances of this).
  -> Handplants (there're a few legit hands in there).
  -> Crossovers (not at ridiculous speeds; only during 8th sections).
  -> Mines (nothing special with them though; they just get in the way).
  -> Footswitch (mine-cued only; you'll recognize 'em when ya see 'em).
  -> Bracketing.
  -> Rolls (there aren't many on Expert; guess why?).

* Hard is a 12-footer, the only [Hard]-level 12 presently in my pack.
  This difficulty isn't as blazing as Expert, but the gamebox still
  throws more than enough tricks your way:
  -> Stream (chorus again, but shorter streams than on Expert).
  -> Step-Jumps (again, easier than what you see on Expert).
  -> Triple-Stomping (no quads).
  -> Handplants (less and in better positions than Expert).
  -> Crossovers (less skill is required and no mines get in your way).
  -> Mines (with footlift).
  -> Footswitch (same places as on Expert).
  -> Rolls (same number as in Expert).

* Medium is a 10-footer, likewise the only [Medium] 10 in my pack. It's
  easier than Hard, but still has its difficult parts:
  -> Stream (8th notes in the chorus).
  -> Handplants (a very few).
  -> Crossovers (less than Expert).
  -> Mines (there are hardly any, and they don't get in your way).
  -> Rolls (more than on Hard or Expert).

* Easy is a 7, and it's harder than the same level for "Dum Dadi Do,"
  which is a 6. It is similar to the Medium chart for ITG's "Monolith,"
  but doesn't have any real frills aside from just being ludicrously
  difficult for an Easy chart.

* Novice is a 4 - the only one in my pack, rated for length and overall
  difficulty, suitable for a bonus boss. Novice players should abstain
  from playing this chart for a long time - at least until they can
  clear "Dum Dadi Do," one of my hardest [Novice]-level 3-footers.
